Configuration

Notification preferences are managed through three toggles on the Settings screen: Site Down Alerts, SSL Expiry Alerts and Domain Expiry Alerts. These settings are stored as boolean fields in the user record.

All notifications go to your account's registered email. All notifications go to your account's registered email.

Notification Delay

The first alarm depends on the plan interval.

Since Incident is opened in the first down control, the main source of delay is the control interval: Free 5 min, Starter 1 min, Growth 30 sec, Agency 15 sec. Subsequent notifications come according to stage thresholds.

Test Notification

To verify that notifications are active, make sure the toggles on the Settings screen are turned on.
