Cookie Policy
It explains which cookies are used on AnchorUptime, why they are used and how you can manage them.
AnchorUptime does not use cookies for marketing or advertising purposes.
The cookies we use are only technical cookies that are mandatory for the secure operation of the panel session and payment flow.
01Scope
This Cookie Policy applies to the AnchorUptime panel application (status.anchoruptime.com) and marketing site (anchoruptime.com). The WordPress plugin does not create cookies in the browser; it works server-side.
02What is a Cookie?
Cookies are small text files saved on your device by your browser. They are used for session continuity, security and basic functionality.

04Mandatory Cookies - Panel Session
Panel is a Laravel based web application. When you log in, the following technical cookies are placed in your browser:

anchoruptime_session |
Session (HTTP Only) | Authentication session. Deleted when the browser is closed or the session expires. |

These cookies are essential for the operation of the service.
When disabled, panel login and session security are disabled.
05Payment Flow Cookies
The Paddle payment infrastructure is used to start or manage subscriptions. On the payment page Paddle.com may place its own technical and security cookies. Your card number or financial information is never transmitted to AnchorUptime servers; all card transactions are handled by Paddle.
06Legal Basis
Session and CSRF cookies are mandatory for the secure provision of the service and are processed on the legal basis of legitimate interest and performance of the contract (KVKK art.5/2-c, art.5/2-f). If optional cookie categories are activated in the future, the relevant legal basis and, where necessary, the explicit consent mechanism will be separately announced.
07Storage Periods
