Change of Plan
For Starter, Growth and Agency plans, payment is taken via Paddle. After successful payment, you will be redirected to the billing screen.
Contact the support team for a change of plan.
You can upgrade or downgrade your plan directly from the plan options on the billing screen. Subscription management works through the Paddle infrastructure; upgrades, downgrades, cancelations and re-subscriptions take place with the standard Paddle subscription flow.
Payment
Billing infrastructure uses Laravel Paddle. Billing screen lists registered card information and past invoices; invoices can be downloaded as PDF.
Credit card payment is supported. You can access your invoices from the Billing screen.
Cancel
When a subscription is canceled, you will continue to have access to the paid plan until the end of the current period; you will not be immediately downgraded to the Free plan.
The plan automatically reverts to Free at the end of the term. Your data is not deleted upon cancellation; sites, history and invoices are preserved.
