See how profile, password and notification preferences are managed in the current dashboard.
Profile Information
You can update your name and e-mail address on the Settings screen. Password change is in a separate form; you need to verify your current password and enter at least 8 characters.
Accounts logged in with Google do not show the password form; password management is done through the Google account.
When an e-mail address is changed, a verification link is sent to the new address. The address will not be updated until the verification is complete.
Notification Email
All notifications - incident, SSL and domain alerts - are sent to your account's registered email address. All notifications come to this address.
Three toggles in Settings > Email Notifications are used to turn notifications off and on: Site Down Alerts, SSL Expiry Alerts and Domain Expiry Alerts.
Account Deletion
Contact support to delete your account.
Contact support if you want to close your account. After the action, all sites, tracking history and data will be permanently deleted; this action cannot be undone.
