Control Intervals
According to your plan, see how often your site is checked and how this affects the alert time.
Plan Based Intervals
- Free
- 5 min
- Starter
- 1 min
- Growth
- 30 sec
- Agency
- 15 sec
The shorter the interval, the more often the system generates new check records and the earlier outages appear. The intervals in the public plan are as above.
Actual Detection Time
| Plan | December | First alarm |
|---|---|---|
| Free | 5 min | About 5 minutes |
| Starter | 1 min | About 1 minute |
| Growth | 30 sec | About 30 seconds |
| Agency | 15 sec | About 15 seconds |
You do not need to wait for a separate streak threshold for the alarm.
After the first failed check, the incident is opened and a notification is sent. Additional cascading notifications continue to be sent as the incident remains open.
Changing the Interval
The frequency of checks is determined at the plan level. You can upgrade your plan for a shorter interval.
December changes with the plan.
When you switch between Starter, Growth and Agency plans, the new interval is applied automatically - you don't need to set a separate site setting.
