01Scope

This page explains the rights of people who use or have used the AnchorUptime service within the scope of the Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK) and how they can exercise these rights. Applications are processed after identity verification and legal compliance checks.

02Your Rights under Article 11 of the LPPD

Obtaining Information (art.11/a-b)
To learn whether or not your personal data is being processed and, if processed, to learn information about it.
Learning the Purpose of Processing (art.11/c)
Questioning the purpose for which your personal data is processed and whether it is used in accordance with the purpose.
Learning Transferred Parties (art.11/ç)
Learning the third parties to whom your personal data is transferred domestically or abroad.
Correction (art.11/d)
Request correction of incomplete or incorrectly processed personal data and notification of this process to the transferred parties.
Erasure / Destruction (art.11/e)
Request the deletion or destruction of your personal data and notification to the transferred parties if the conditions for processing no longer exist.
Objection (Art.11/g)
Object to actions that go against you, including decisions based solely on automated processing.
Compensation (Art.11/ı)
To claim compensation in case you suffer damage due to unlawful processing of your personal data.

03Application Channels

You can send us your request through the channels below:

04Information to be included in the application

In order for your application to be fully processed, the following information must be submitted:

  • Name, surname and contact information.
  • Clear and measurably defined demand.
  • Relevant account email address or site information (if applicable).
  • Additional information to support authentication.

Incomplete applications

For applications that cannot be authenticated or whose subject matter is unclear, additional information may be requested. This may affect the response time.

05Review Process and Response Times

Phase Duration
First receipt notification As soon as the application is received - after authentication is complete (best effort)
Final response KVKK legal upper limit: 30 days
Request for additional information When necessary to complete the review

Legal deadlines take precedence.

Operational targets may vary according to authentication requirements and application completeness. The 30-day period stipulated in the KVKK is valid under all circumstances.

06Fee

As a rule, applications are finalized free of charge. If the processing of the request requires additional costs, a fee may be applied according to the tariff set by the authorized board.

07Right to Complain to the Board

If your application is rejected, inadequately answered or not answered in due time, you reserve the right to lodge a complaint with Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) within the legal deadlines. Please follow the official board publications for the current application procedure.
