Independent monitoring from two points.

Your site is monitored with both the frontend probe and the WordPress heartbeat signal. The two measure separately - if one goes down, the other maintains context.

In each control cycle the two signals are combined and the final state is determined. A single failure does not trigger an alarm; the event is opened when the streak is full.
